Lana's Policies and Customer Service

Shipping & Delivery

Lana's products are hand-bottled and hand-packed, carefully packaged in recyclable paper and boxes, and shipped from Chagrin Falls, Ohio, United States.

Most orders are shipped via USPS; some orders may be shipped via FedEx if we determine it is more cost-effective, depending on location. Please email us if you are concerned about whether you will be able to receive your order to a post office box.

We ship Lana's products worldwide. To calculate shipping price, add product to the shopping cart and specify your country and postal code.

Returns & Replacements

If our product arrive damaged or leaking (which never happened before!), just let us know and we will ship you a new one.

If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, for any reason, simply return the product in its original packaging and we will issue a full refund of the purchase price. Please include your name, contact information, order number and order date.

If you decide after you’ve ordered that you don’t in fact need Lana's product, please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order before it is shipped, and we will refund your payment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

When ordering from Lana's, Inc., you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Lana's, Inc. has no control over these charges, nor can Lana's, Inc. predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Privacy & Security

We do not collect or store customer credit card or any other sensitive financial information in our system. Lana's process all its payment transactions using only the most widely recognized and respected independent third party secure payment gateways and payment systems.

Lana's guarantees that we do not share information about our customers with anyone. We do collect email addresses and other contact information so that we can keep our customers informed of new products, specials and other news through periodic newsletters. You will always have the option to remove yourself from our mailing list.

We use Google Analytics and other Google services that place cookies on a browser across the website. These cookies help us increase the website’s effectiveness for our visitors.
