High quality, wide and supportive hanger.
I purchased Lana’s fur cleaning kit to freshen up a few smaller well maintained items (hat, scarves). I am satisfied with the results and my furs look good as new and smell fresher. The fur brush is a nice handy tool.
Every fur owner needs to know about this …
So I bought my first fur coat at a thrift store and I’m not sure what possessed me to even clean it at home? But Lana’s was one of the only companies I could find to my recollection. Needless to say… this has to be a joke right? Like it works wonders… total 180.. If you own fur and have been dry cleaning..stop and please save your money and purchase this or better yet the kit (Brush, spray and sponge) and I promise you you will be shocked and def be a returning customer! I don’t leave reviews but this spray amazes me every time !!!
Just wanted to say thank you your product is amazing. I have done two coats and they look great. Thank you for doing that is am excited to use your products and see my furs look new !
Perfect product and excellent customer service
I purchased fur restoration and cleaning products from Lana's Furs after a local dry cleaner destroyed my 1970s rabbit fur coat... I couldn't save that one but I could prevent the same fate for my 1930s Racoon Fur Coat. Lana’s Fur had very easy to follow written instructions and great how-to videos on YouTube.
This product did exactly what was promised, beautifully! It came quickly, was packaged attractively, and worked efficiently. HIGHLY recommend!
I had seen this product online and though I was intrigued, I continued to think that it was best to have my furs cleaned and glazed by my furrier. The problem with that, especially if you have more than a couple fur coats, is that it is prohibitively expensive. Because my collection had grown, I decided to try your fur cleaning kit, mainly as a means of freshening up my garments through the wearing season. After I used it on one of my mink coats, I was thoroughly impressed by the fact that it DID clean the fur, and it glazed the fur! Seriously. The fur was shiny again and it restored the natural way the fur lays. It looked as if it had just come from the furrier. It’s been three seasons now that I’ve used this product. I know furs, and I know that any product that did not actually replenish the moisture in the fur and the hide would not look and feel as well as my garments do. This must be a God send for fur owners who live in an area where there are no furriers. I’ve not needed to use the stain remover or the odor remover as the cleaner itself does a thorough enough job as to not have to. As a side note: I learned that a major fur manufacturer/dealer who provides cleaning and storage for thousands of fur owners actually uses a method exactly like this; IOW, they clean furs by hand only and they do not use the corn cob unless it’s a seriously soiled garment. That’s because the corn cob actually dries the fur out initially, then the next steps restore the lost moisture to the fur and the hide. Plus, they mix mineral spirits into the corn cob, which is a rather strong chemical. Those drum tumblers are not gentle on the garments subjected to it, either. So, I feel this method is safer altogether than the traditional furrier method.
