- I’ve already used them on several of my faux fur coats. These are very old fashioned style hooks that remind me of my mother’s furs when she was young. I don’t wear genuine fur but the faux fur jackets they make now often use metal clips for closures which are terrible. They just don’t stay closed. These work perfectly. (Posted on 4/10/2018)
